The application is compatible with any model of iPhone running iPhone OS 3.1 or higher. All the submitted reports will be promptly redirected to the appropriate city/municipality for resolution.

Commercial RadugaTelecom Complex Systems Win \ .NET Desktop
Hardware-software complex for warning citizens about emergency situations. The complex transmits signals to remote sirens, loudspeakers, FM and TV broadcast. The complex supports redundancy of any components, retransmittion and integration with cetralized warning system managed by Emercom of Russia.
3-SAT Problem Reference Implementation
Open source Java Desktop
This is result of our joint research togerher with professor Romanov (VlGU, Vladimir).The project is reference implementation of algorithm introduced in Romanov’s article Non-orthodox combinatorial models based on discordant structures published on arXiv.org. Our implementation is published it as open source (LGPLv3) on github.
